Abstract


For a long time, most parts of China's economic development is at the expense of the environment, \Northern region as the only national energy chemical industry base, rich in coal, oil, natural gas and other resources, which the rapid development of the local economy plays a huge role in promoting. In the energy development process, irrational exploitation, poor infrastructure, environmental protection, environmental protection, the legal system is not perfect, imperfect market mechanisms for environmental protection, nor a complete mode of operation, which resulted in substantial waste of energy resources in Northern and the local environment continues to deteriorate. Northern region for environmental problems caused by energy development, this paper studies the literature on environmental protection on the basis of relevant information, through the process of energy development in Northern state of the environment analysis, survey development process in Northern energy environmental problems caused by factors, and the main causes leading to environmental problems for a more detailed analysis. In determining environmental factors, the application of gray correlation method for analysis of environmental factors, determine the energy development process critical environmental factors. After determining the key environmental factors, based on the law by interpreting the structural model of energy development process key environmental impact analysis of the relationship between factors, summed up the process of generating energy development root cause of environmental problems. Based on the above analysis suitable for small and medium-energy development in Northern actual situation of enterprises in environmental protection measures, and strive to put energy development on the environment to minimize adverse effects, energy development and environmental protection in order to achieve a win-win goal. Based on the current economic situation in Northern and economic development of dynamic analysis confirmed the energy industry, the northern region's overall socio-economic development of the main pillars, but also to the local environment caused by pollution and destruction. In the understanding of the development process in Northern energy state of the environment, based on the analysis of the energy development process factors causing environmental problems and these relationships between environmental factors carried out a detailed analysis on this basis for the local Small energy development enterprise environment pollution problems in the operation of environmental protection market measures.
