Abstract

Plant peony (Paeonia suffruticosa) Ranunculaceae (Ranunculaceae) peony (Paeonia), is commonly used herbs the Peony basal original. Peony is mainly concentrated in the cultivation, chemical composition and pharmacological effect, rhizosphere soil microbial reported rarely. From the perspective of micro-ecology, dissociation from Tongling, Anhui regions (including the Nanling yarshan), Shandong Province, Heze Peony rhizosphere microorganisms as the research object, using alkali, acid fuchsin staining, wet sieving precipitation The method proven Peony rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal species and composition of the characteristics of, and to provide a scientific basis for the rich in our the fungal resource library, to reveal the relationship between herbal medicines authentic and soil microorganisms. The main findings are as follows: a harvest of peony rhizosphere arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi 1.1 three-producing areas the peony can and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi form a symbiont, arbuscular mycorrhizal structure are Arum type. There are differences in the different producing areas Peony rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi dip rate, their value in descending order: in Tongling, Nanlinghu, Heze. 1.2 from three producing areas were isolated and identified a total of 5 genera and 33 kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Glomus (Glomus) 21 kinds of sessile sac spp (Acaulospora) 7, Shield giant cysts spp (Scutellospora) 3 kinds of giant cysts spp (Gigaspora) 1 species within raising capsule spp (Entrophospora) 1. 1.3 three producing areas of peony rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi genus, species composition differences, which Glomus sessile capsule spp advantage flora, giant cysts spp, shield giant cysts spp, of Internal Cultivation capsule spp spores only from the the Tongling and Nanling producing areas separated. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species the Nanling yarshan Peony Garden Peony rhizosphere soil up, followed by Tongling Phoenix Mountain Peony Garden, Caozhou, Shandong Heze Peony Garden arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species least. The statistical results showed that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species richness of three producing areas the Peony rhizosphere soil, spore density, diversity index, evenness differences. 1.4 Peony rhizosphere soil correlation exists between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and soil factors. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal hyphae colonization rate, the total colonization rate and soil organic matter, nitrogen, a significant positive correlation; spore density of arbuscular colonization, colonization vesicles significantly negatively correlated with soil potassium. Tongling 1.5 and Nanling two-producing areas Peony rhizosphere soil in arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species, the number of mycorrhizal dip rate was significantly higher than that Heze-producing areas, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi resources are relatively abundant, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi may is authentic nature Fengdan one of the factors. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi 2.1 three-producing areas. The harvest period Peony rhizosphere soil Peony rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi dip rate differences, its value in descending order: Nanling, Tongling , Heze. The 2.2 three producing areas were isolated and identified a total of 5 genera and 15 kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Glomus (Glomus) 9 species of sessile capsule spp (Acaulospora) 3, the the shield Giant cysts spp (Scutellospora) species of giant cysts spp (Gigaspora) 1 species within raising capsule spp (Entrophospora) 1. 2.3 three producing areas of peony rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi genus, species composition differences which the Glomus sessile sac spp was the dominant flora Shield giant cysts spp giant spore capsule spp spore of Internal Cultivation sac spp only from Tongling, and Nanlinghu two producing areas isolated. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species the Nanling yarshan Peony Garden Peony rhizosphere soil up, followed by Tongling Phoenix Mountain Peony Garden, Caozhou, Shandong Heze Peony Garden arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species least. The statistical results showed that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species richness of three producing areas the Peony rhizosphere soil, spore density, diversity index, evenness differences. 2.4 Peony rhizosphere some correlation between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and soil factors. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal mycelium colonization rate, the total colonization rate of soil organic matter, nitrogen was significantly positively correlated; spore density of arbuscular colonization rate, vesicular colonization rate was significantly negatively correlated with soil potassium. Peony 2.5 Tongling, Nanling producing areas rhizosphere of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species, the number of mycorrhizal dip were significantly higher than in Heze producing areas, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi resources are relatively abundant.
