Abstract


As the pillar of the national economy, the real estate is high correlation industry with strong impetus, directly related to the development of the whole national economy and people’s quality of life. With the improvement of internet technique, the real estate website also have a great development. Searching information of buying an apartment from internet, seeing related news and laws have been the first choice of netizan.At present, the research about real estate mostly aim at traditional media, seldom involved internet. In the real estate website, there are some journalists specialized in writing, pursuing original as the methods of operation in nespaper office and television station. They influent netizan through their reports and generaly formed a production process. The content of profit oriented webdite also has the function of network marketing, while its profit sources focus on the charges of advertisement and promotion. Should its content production bias towards developers or towards clicking to provide popular information?This paper focuses on content production processes of the real estate portal website, introducing the combining with market, pursing the balance between developers and buyers though news report, news planning, special production, etc. Meanwhile, this paper also records the real estate content production process by means of talking with journalsits, editors, and related leaders, taking part in the real process, in order to excavating what is the content, the influence factors and the difference between traditonal media and news production.The research pbjects are two famous real estate website in Hefei. Hefei Soufang Website is an enterprise guided by market. Marketing apartment and editing apertment are all working aroud market. Hefei real estate trading website, as an local overlord, its original news has a high quality in Hefei.Ultimately, most of present real estate websites are operated by ways of traditional media. Would their content process pursue cedibility and influence like traditonal media or bias towards market for economic profit? This is the question discussed in this paper.
