Abstract


The huge international project market, the competition is fierce. And the international project construction market never get rid of the \and other ways to enhance their competitiveness. This situation will make the already bear more risk of the contractor in a more inferior status than the owners, if a problem occurs, the contractor is likely to face a loss. At this point, the superb level of claims will be determined to a large extent the contractor whether earnings and further affect the competitiveness of the contractor. As the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Civil Engineering Bible contractor claims for specific content, methods of operation and so on to make a detailed and thorough provisions, has been widely recognized in the international, on behalf of the provisions of international contractors claim higher level.
