Abstract


Nature Reserve are playing an important role on protecting the natural environment, Natural Resources, the endangered species and the balance of the nature. It has became a basic unit of the society on coordinating the relationship between the human and the nature. However, as the number of the Nature Reserves and the protecting areas are increasing, more and more communities and people are involved. The establishment of the Nature Reserves reduces the income of the people living in the community. The community residents usually destroy the Nature Resources in order to maintain their living standards, which caused the contradictions between the community and the Nature Reserves. The Co-Management of the Taibai Mountain National Nature Reserve has played an important role on easing the contradiction between the resource protecting and the development of the community. But with the continually of economic ties between the community and outside of regional ,as well as the increasing in population movements become more frequent, the current Regional Co-management mechanism exposed some shortcomings. The Regional Co-Management System is significant and urgent to be established to solve the threats and harmonize the development of regional social economy and nature conservation.This thesis focused on the Co-Management of Taibai Mountain National Nature Reserve, from the status of the Co-management community, through Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve Co-management community’s achievements and the problems and the cause of research, learn from other domestic Nature Reserve, the successful Community Co-management experience, and learn from failures, use of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination method, based on the theory of sustainable development, regional economic theory, Community Co-management theory, Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve with the actual situation in the region to build Taibai Mountain. The concept of Co-management system, and the system of regional Co-management construction of the corresponding countermeasures and security system. Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve System of regional Co-management on the regional level nature reserve under the framework of sound management theory to guide China’s Nature Reserve system regional Co-management development is of great practical significance and value guide. The main contents of this thesis: Chapter I starting from the research background, and introduced the purpose and the significant of the Co-Management of the Taibai Mountain National Nature Reserve, summarized the current research developments at home and abroad, and gives our ideas and research methods; Chapter II studying on the concept and the basic meaning of the Nature Reserve and the Co-Management communities, the background and development of the community and Co-Management Nature Reserve theoretical basis was outlined; Chapter III analysis the main Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve of the actual situation and the practice of Taibai Mountain Community Co-Management ; Chapter IV on the basis of Chapter III of the Taibai Mountain Nature Preserve Community Co-Management practice. assessment, summed up the achievements and the problems of these and the reasons for a comprehensive analysis ;Chapter V Based on the analysis of the fourth chapter, proposed the establishment of regional Co-Management Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve system and put forward the idea of building a regional system of joint measures and countermeasures security system; Chapter VI of this study is a brief summary of this study and also discussed and analyzed some important problems about the Co-Management.
