With the development of industry and agriculture, the problem of nitrate pollution in groundwater has become a serious environmental problem, caused widespread concern. In order to efficiently deal with nitrate pollution in the groundwater, based on comparison of several major technology, focusing on the Pd-Cu/α-Al 2 O 3 ceramic membrane catalyst catalytic reduction of nitrate in water. Porous α-Al 2 O 3 ceramic membrane carrier cycle impregnated load Pd, Cu, prepared Pd-Cu/α-Al 2 < / sub> O 3 ceramic membrane catalyst. Investigated the role of the membrane catalyst H 2 for the reducing substance, the catalytic reduction reaction of nitrate in water, the study results show that, 1wt% Pd-0.5wt% Cu / α-Al 2 O 3 ceramic membrane catalyst effective removal of nitrate, 120min after the reaction, the nitrogen removal efficiency of 93.6%. When the control of the reaction process the pH value of 4, the activity and selectivity of the catalyst are the highest; H 2 pressure is conducive to improve the activity of the catalyst to enhance the reaction process, but the H 2 < / sub> pressure increase will lead to a decline in the selectivity of the catalyst; solution flow velocity to improve help to improve the catalytic activity and selectivity, but the solution flow velocity is too high interested ceramic membrane damage; experimental concentration range, nitrates catalytic The reduction reaction of a reaction. Common ions in water on this basis, the catalytic reduction of nitrate affect study results show that several cations corresponding nitrate catalytic reduction rate in the following order: K sup> < / sup> 2 sup> 2 sup> 3 sup>; in experimental study water common anions, HCO , 3 < The presence of NO / sub> - sup> 3 - sup>-N removal rate decreased, NH 4 sup>-N formation increase Cl - sup> and SO to 4 presence of 2 - sup> of the activity of the catalytic reduction of nitrate little effect and selectivity. Studies show that the actual raw water by catalytic reduction of nitrate in the presence of impurities in the water will cause the contamination of the film catalyst, resulting in the decline in the rate of nitrate removal. With SEM, XRD, EDX analysis means the membrane catalyst characterization, analysis, Pd-Cu in α-Al 2 O 3 ceramic membrane was highly fragmented.
