Abstract

In recent years, many studies have affirmed the release properties of super absorbent resin adsorption effect on nutrient and fertilizer, sodium polyacrylate (PAAS) as a good and super absorbent resin in land improvement and sustained-release fertilizer has been widely used. Task Force as a conditioning agent to the introduction of sludge composting, preliminary experiments showed that PAAS superabsorbent swelling and water retention, reduce the moisture content of the sludge itself, increase the porosity, improve ventilation performance of the pile , and thus meet the high moisture content of the sludge aerobic composting oxygen, moisture and other process requirements, to promote the process of composting. In this thesis, Fuzhou sewage sludge for the study, launched a series of studies. First, the use of self-designed small-scale composting reactor, to carry out aerobic composting of sludge Add PAAS experimental study of the PAAS role of nitrogen in the sludge aerobic composting Paul and the form of heavy metals in the sludge. It was found that the apparent PAAS insurance nitrogen effect, nitrogen loss was significantly reduced by more than 40%; heavy metals Zn, the passivation effect, the dosage of 1.5% processing is added in an amount of 1.0%, better than the treatment. Secondly, the use of self-construction of composting space the composting pilot experiment. The results showed that: PaaS addition amount of 1.5%, the effect of composting reaction, due to its high salt concentration, the angle of departure from the economic point of view and crop growth, it is recommended to take 1.0% of the proportion of added compost product also has good water absorption and water-retention capacity. Third, the attribute recognition theory and gray relational analysis two methods applied to the evaluation of compost maturity model is correct, accurate calculation provides a more comprehensive evaluation method for sludge compost maturity degree of standardized, systematic and detailed application examples avoid the single indicator judge sludge composting is the maturity of the blindness; areas, respectively, to make improvements to avoid the loss of large amounts of information in the weight division and the evaluation results to determine the weight division is more reasonable, more reflect the actual situation of the individual exceeded targets. Finally, Xiangban, ocean, the Kuaian three wastewater treatment plant sludge as an object, the disposal of sludge composting engineering. System design of a sludge aerobic fermentation process, the handling capacity of 270t / d of composting plant, and complete the design specifications, design calculations and engineering drawings drawing, but also the costs associated balance operator, market forecasts and economic analysis.
