Abstract

This paper is the MSW anaerobic biodegradability of the remaining portion of mixed mesophilic anaerobic sludge digestion, anaerobic digestion process using step . Carried out with different organic loading mesophilic anaerobic digestion conditions to test and control the pH range suitable for methane bacteria mesophilic anaerobic digestion tests. ① anaerobic digestion of the organic load of different experimental studies show that : the organic load of 0.5 and 1.0, the pH of the digestion trials automatically rise to 7.0 or more, the acidification process reversible . Organic load of more than 1.5 anaerobic digestion test, there acidification , acidification process irreversible . Organic load is higher, the lower the acidification low point . Organic load 0.5 g · VS / L · d and 1.0 g · VS / L · d digestive system VFA in decreased significantly, but ammonia , COD degradation is small. Organic load of more than 1.5g · VS / L · d digestive juices ammonia , VFA, COD concentrations are higher . ② of different organic load conditions to control the pH range of 6.8 to 7.2 impact on Anaerobic Digestion test results showed that: the controlling the pH of the digestive system in an appropriate range, a more thorough decomposition within the solid material . And can provide a favorable follow- methanogenic phase matrix . Cumulative gas production and methane content is higher . The pH is adjusted to a suitable range , can promote the degradation of ammonia and COD . Hydrolysis of the time can be shortened to improve the acidification effect, to ensure methane reaction.
