Abstract

Molasses alcohol is a high concentration organic wastewater, which contains more pigment, the pigment color depth, non-biodegradable and is the cause of COD in the waste, the main reason for the high BOD content. Molasses alcohol wastewater pigment is a natural pigment gradually produce a mixture of pigment in the growth of sugar cane and sugar processing, including phenolic pigments, caramel and Maillard pigments. The phenolic pigment is a polyphenolic substances, it has a certain antioxidant activity, with high economic value, can be used as a natural antioxidant, widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other industries. Therefore, the study of the phenolic pigments isolated from alcohol waste pigment, not only can reduce the cost of alcohol wastewater pollution of the environment, but also can recover valuable resources, reduce pollution control, killing two birds with one stone. The main content of the research and conclusions are as follows: (1) the effect of ethanol alcohol wastewater phenolic pigment powder extract crude phenolic pigment, through single factor and orthogonal experiments show that the best conditions 95% of the ethanol concentration, temperature 50 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1:15, the time is 1h, extraction times 3 times. (2) using membrane separation, the separation method of the polyamide resin of phenolic pigment sample was purified. Through grading film purified trial found 300D ~ 800D retentate molecular weight in the highest phenolic pigment content, are strong antioxidants. The polyamide resin purification test, we can see that the best purification conditions: room temperature, adsorption time 70min, the polyamide mesh 60 to 80 mesh, eluent 90% ethanol, 1 g of the resin can absorb up to 90.5mg phenols. 3 through four different systems (grease, · OH, DPPH, linoleic acid), the antioxidant activity of the phenolic dye alcohol waste, the results show that the specimen A, B has antioxidant activity. In the oil system, the size of the antioxidant activity relationship: V_c> sample B> sample A. · OH system, antioxidant activity magnitude relationship: the specimen B> V_c> sample A, and when the sample concentration exceeds 1.6mg/mL Clear · OH gradually stabilized. Free radical scavenging effect in DPPH. System,: V_c> sample B> sample A, the optimum reaction time is 30 minutes, the best pH 5. In the system, linoleic acid, antioxidant capacity: V_c> sample B> sample A, and V_c antioxidant capacity is much larger than the sample A and sample B. 4 UV detection, isolates have a flavonoid structure; infrared spectral detection isolate containing-OH, a benzene ring, C = O, with a typical spectrum of a phenolic compound characterized in; analysis by high performance liquid separation material B1 may contain gallic acid, rutin, chlorogenic acid, isolate B2 contains gallic acid, quercetin, catechin, chlorogenic acid and flavonoid content of more isolates B1, isolates B2 flavonoid glycoside content more.
