Abstract


In this paper, the design of non - circular gear the hydraulic Roofbolter the main line , the analysis of the principle and performance characteristics of the structure of the non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor , in order to meet the requirements of the structure and use of a robust design method based on orthogonal experiment optimized design used in handheld Roofbolter , the structural parameters of the non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor , a new handheld Roofbolter as the drive motor and the motor design , in the basis of reasonable assumptions rig physical model on the derivation of the equation of static and dynamic characteristics test to verify the correctness of the model . First, the paper analyzes the structure and the working principle of the non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor , by comparison with other types of hydraulic motors summarizes the characteristics of its structure and use , analyze and summarize the different types of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor in the structure and performance similarities and differences , and pitch curve design method and should meet the constraints derived on the basis of the analysis of non-circular planetary gear mechanism . Finally , the trial of the non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor the handheld Roofbolter drive , and test measurement had the characteristic curve of the rig , to verify the correctness of the mathematical model .
