Abstract

The special properties of nano-ZrO 2 is not only determined by its chemical composition, but also by the impact of size, shape, and structure. Based on the requirements of different application areas of the ZrO 2 lot morphology through small molecules inducing agent is added, the surfactant in the solution in the reaction system to provide measures such as nucleation activity bp prepared tubular , rod, block and other morphologies zirconia, and luminescence properties into the preliminary study, the main contents are as follows: 1. commentary Morphology Control of progress of nanomaterials, and focuses on the special morphology of zirconia three types of preparation method and analyze its characteristics; anhydrous ethanol as solvent, room temperature, small organic molecules complexation induced sodium hydroxide as the precipitating agent, through complexation reactions and precipitation reactions between The competitive and intermolecular interactions Preparation nano-structure of the rod and tufted ZrO 2 . Both nano structure ZrO 2 , respectively, the initial phase of tetragonal and cubic. As the calcination temperature, the product morphology is substantially constant, the structure will eventually be converted to monoclinic structure; 3. Cyclohexane as an oil phase, an aqueous solution of zirconium oxychloride and sodium bicarbonate as aqueous phase, n-pentyl The alcohol is a cosurfactant, adding different surfactants, constituting the different double microemulsion system, to prepare a tubular, flower-shaped, cypress shaped, band-shaped nanostructure ZrO 2 . In the tube ZrO 2 found abnormal quadrature phase, its formation and existence may be related to the small size of the primary particles; 4. Reverse micelle microemulsion system containing amphiphiles and gravity self-assembly artificial processing substrate provide a reactive point, the completion of assembly of the massive, spherical on the surface of the glass substrate, cystic different morphologies such as zirconia aggregates. Processing glass substrates used in three ways, so as to have different surface properties to provide different nucleation activity point, relying on gravity self-assemble into different morphologies ZrO 2 ordered structure aggregate; 5 425nm light excitation measured the special morphology ZrO 2 fluorescence spectroscopy. Due to the excitation photon energy is less than the semiconductor band gap, valence band electrons are excited into the conduction band but not enough to become free electrons belonging to the exciton recombination PL emission peak at 468nm and a shoulder at about 484nm . The different morphologies ZrO 2 in defect levels slightly different, leading to the broadening of the emission peak, miscellaneous peak, and the peak position of the mobile.
