Abstract

Composting has become a technology of agricunural and forestry waste utilization. The agricultural and forestry waste can be recycled by conlposting. We can get a good ecomonic benefit, realize the clean production, and protect the environment from pollution. The waste treatment technology of composting entered a new stage of science development. In order to improVe the disadVantage of composting, increase the compost efnciency’and make it can be used in large scale, many researchers at home and abroad carried out a lot of research on the field of composting equipment, composting technology’and microbiology of composting,et al.This paper made two piles, and in the composting period, respectively, the pHysical indicators of pile body temperature, pH, water content, organic matter content, C / N ratio, wood fiber, cellulose, hemicellulose were detected by these pHysical , Temperature, pH, water content, organic matter content, C / N ratio of the change is entirely consistent with trends in aerobic composting, The two heaps of wood-fiber body degradation rates were 12.84%, 8.47%;, cellulose degradation rate of 19.76%, 11.02% hemicellulose degradation rate of 22.29%, 14.09%, the pHysical testing of indicators that can illustrate these two pile body has been successful outcome of aerobic composting.Microbial diversity in high temperature period of composting of organic agriculture wastes and municipal refuse were analysed by PCR with clone library method. The result of constructing clone library of agricultural organic wastes compost and municipal refuse compost indicated : there were 18 OTUs and 21 OTUs in the 16S rDNA gene clone library and they belonged to 14 and 15 different genuses; there were 8 OTUs and 9 OTUs in the 18S rDNA gene clone library and they belonged to 8 and 9 different genuses. In which Bacillus genus, Rhizobium, and Paenibacillus genus in the clone library is the largest proportion of them separately with Bacillus megaterium, Rhizobium sp., Paenibacillus amylolyticus. Relevant, and its similarity in more than 98%. In which Bacillus genus, Rhizobium genus in the clone library of the largest share, respectively and Bacillus megaterium, Azospirillum sp., Paenibacillus amylolyticus. Relevant, and its similarity in more than 98%The doninent microbes in the agricultural organic wastes compost were related to Bacillus megaterium、Rhizobium sp.、PHanerochaete chrysosporium、Penicillium sp.respectively; the doninent microbes in the municipal refuse compost were related to Bacillus megaterium.、Azospirillum sp.、PHanerochaete chrysosporium respectively.
