Abstract


Dehydroabietic acid is the the disproportionated rosin chemical composition , has anti-bacterial , anti-viral , anti-tumor , anti-ulcer and other biological activity , in the preparation of pharmaceuticals, pesticides , surfactants and other fine chemicals with a wide range of uses . Disproportionated rosin resin contained in the acid similar chemical structure , it is difficult to use physical methods for the separation of the monomer resin acid , and thus the disproportionated rosins used in industrial production has been mixed form , limiting the use of dehydroabietic acid . The research will help to improve the development of the rosin resin acids and modified products , has important practical significance and economic and social benefits . The main contents are: 1102 gas chromatograph , the BP × 5 quartz capillary column analysis of the composition of the raw materials and products , the GC conditions : column pressure : 0.07MPa ; air flow : 300 mL / min ; carrier gas flow: nitrogen , 45 mL / min; hydrogen flow rate : 30 mL / min ; split ratio : 50:1; makeup flow : 24 mL / min; detector temperature : 523K ; vaporization chamber temperature : 523K ; injection volume : 1μL ; the column temperature was warming up for the second-order procedure : 423K (?) 483K (?) 523K. Conducting dehydroabietic acid isolated from its method comparison , disproportionated rosin as raw materials , gas chromatography analysis means dehydroabietic acid isolated from the method of comparison . Amination respectively Saponification and Ultrasonic enhancement the amination of crystal coupling method isolated dehydroabietic acid and different disproportionated rosin raw single away from the the dehydroabietic acid of research , the results show that the disproportionated rosin homemade ultrasonic enhancement the amination reaction crystal coupled law isolate the effect of dehydroabietic acid in 40 ℃ best purity of 99.99 % as raw material, a yield of 55.37% , and the GC, UV, IR, melting point apparatus and polarimeter the dehydroabietic acid for the preparation of high purity conduct analysis and identification , the experimental value is consistent with literature values ??. Measuring device with digital bath controlled heating rate of solubility determination of the solid - liquid phase equilibrium data . Synthesis measured temperature range is 283.60K-324.25K between the solubility data of the dehydroabietic acid in absolute ethanol and 95% ethanol, 85% ethanol , 75% ethanol, etc. 4 system , the measured system solubility data are have not been reported .
