Abstract


This article describes a new method of a synthetic salidroside and synthesized a series of new biphenyls nitrone spin trapping agent . The contents of the first chapter of the thesis is to study synthesis Salidroside . First introduced the basic information and efficacy of Rhodiola , followed by the introduction of various biosynthetic method and summarizes the recent years, it has a variety of methods of chemical synthesis , and analysis of their advantages and disadvantages . Finally, a new synthetic route : SnCl4 catalyzed pentaacetyl β-glucose , 2 - (4 - hydroxy ) phenyl ethanol selective glycosidation reaction the synthesized acetyl protecting salidroside . The second chapter a brief review of the development of spin - capture technology , a brief description of the structure , type and design ideas for all kinds of spin trapping agent , spin- capture technology applications progress . Highlights DMPO, DEPMPO, PBN , and their respective derivatives , and discusses the synthesis of design and development prospects of the spin trapping agent . The third chapter of the thesis put forward new synthetic design ideas , explore and test conditions , the synthesis of a series of new biphenyls nitrone spin trapping agent . The experiment section describes specific laboratory instruments , reagents and procedures . Each new data of the compounds are also listed therein.
