Abstract


Smoking and Health for the world concern is incumbent on us to reduce the content of harmful substances in Cigarette Smoke . Technology research and reduce the harmful ingredients of cigarette smoke by the study , we have adopted the new technology , new methods and new materials , and carry out technical studies to reduce cigarette sidestream smoke , reduce cigarette harm cigarette smoke free group content of technology research , through two years of research work , the study scored some notable successes . 2 , Free Radicals in Cigarette Smoke on human health is harmful , the most commonly used method of detecting active radical spin trapping method . Combined with spin trapping -ESR technology in chemical , biological systems, and smoking-related free radicals in the process of research has unique advantages . Synthesized two types of spin trapping agent PBN and DEPMPO efficient new scavenger DEPMPO directly to alkyl radicals and hydroxyl radicals in the aqueous phase to capture in this study , did not find the alkoxy radical adduct . Taking into account the the DEPMPO active radical trapping ability adduct ESR spectra characteristic are superior to PBN , DMPO, and more of the oxygen molecules dissolved in the organic solvent . Therefore considered captured in the previous literature alkoxy radicals are derived from secondary alkyl radical oxidation after radical products . 3 , at the same time , we make use of the electron paramagnetic resonance (ESR) spin trapping seaweed polysaccharide protein complex , purified fucoidan and chemical modification of the polysaccharide on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radical scavenging effect . Different process and added to the polysaccharide cigarette filters , low toxicity of cigarettes can be made efficient removal of alkoxyl radicals , the single add Clear the alkoxyl radicals efficiency reaches a new level of 52.5% . This is of great significance to human-caused hazards clear free radicals in smoking and smoking prevention .
