Abstract

In recent years, the reuse of waste paper by more and more attention. Impurities in the waste paper recycling process, from paper production, processing and use of the introduction of a variety of coating binders, adhesives and ink binder resin and natural wood are in the pulp and bleaching process released into the the Whey system. These substances in the production area of ??the forming network, the press section and the dryer surface and the paper surface, the impact of production efficiency and product quality. This article 8 # waste paper in the United States for the study, its reuse process dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) carried out a systematic study. First of dissolution the the waste newsprint pulping and bleaching process in the DCS, dissolution of resin acids and fatty acids by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) qualitative research; followed by pulping and bleaching process DCS Kinetics of Formation of a detailed study of the use of gas chromatography (GC) qualitative analysis of resin acids and fatty acids; Finally, we discuss the role of DCS and cationic polymer and its influencing factors. The DCS generated in the process of waste newsprint pulper physical properties were measured, the results show that, mainly by the solubility of the substance contribution DCS conductivity, turbidity mainly contributed by colloidal substances, cationic demand is prepared by dissolving substances and colloidal substances common cause. Sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide dosage pulper time of the resin acid, fatty acid dissolution has an impact, it is possible to promote the pulping process DCS release to jiangshui system. With sodium hydroxide, the amount of hydrogen peroxide and the pulper time the increase in the release of DCS increases, mainly in the cationic demand (CD), the conductivity and the increase in absorbance of lignin. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of resin acids and fatty acids produced in the pulping process, waste newsprint paper repulping process, the dissolution of the resin acid content was significantly higher than the fatty acid, wherein the fatty acids palmitic acid by GC-MS and GC (palmitic acid) and resin acids isopimaric acid and dehydroabietic acid content is higher. The presence of NaOH, such that the fiber raw material in the presence of resin acids and fatty acids to more easily transforming into a water-soluble soap, thus increasing the content of fatty acids and resin acid in the system, and increase the amount of NaOH to increase the content thereof. The time extension of the pulper also accelerate the dissolution of the resin acids, fatty acids. Pulp alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching is a further release of DCS. With sodium hydroxide, the increase of the amount of hydrogen peroxide and bleach temperature rise, CD value, conductivity is increased significantly. The lignin was dissolved in a large number of Whey system performance for a significant increase of the absorbance value due to oxidative degradation. GC quantitative analysis of the dissolution of resin acids and fatty acids in the bleaching process, the results show that the resin acids, fatty acids along with significantly increased. The eluted component in the bleaching process in the process of the eluted component and the pulper, wherein isopimaric acid content of palmitic fatty acids and resin acids. Poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (PDADMAC), cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and cationic starch and the the NEWS pulp waste water system DCS substance role utilization Determination the DCS suspension with cationic additives residual turbidity and cationic demand of the filtrate to characterize the effect of the interaction between them. The results showed that the pH of the system has an important influence on the role of cationic additives and DCS. With the increase of pH, residual turbidity of the system decreased and then increased, the system re-stabilize. The type of cationic adjuvants because of their different charge density, the amount of them and the role of the sol substances having different effects. Compared with CPAM and cationic starch highest due to of PDADMAC charge density, in the case of an amount of less able to make the system completely instability, when more than the actual charge and after the point, the system is easier to re-stabilize.
