Abstract


At present , tourism and leisure has become an indispensable part of people's lives , RBD recreation and commercial combination of form has become the focus of attention of the community . Entertainment function as the main market positioning RBD, help urban consumption level and improved quality of life , and help to improve the city 's overall competitiveness , is conducive to the economic development of urban areas . Foreign waterfront recreation business district development earlier , mostly based on the industry functions to convert to commercial and recreational functions as motivation . Waterfront recreational business district development and construction to start soon , so it is necessary to put forward a set of well-established theory . Reference to a typical example of a large number of domestic and foreign , combined with the participation of a waterfront recreation business district planning projects , the use of systems theory , landscape ecology and all kinds of urban design theory and the theory of landscape planning , on the waterfront recreational business district properties Analysis on the basis of its planning and design methods . The article is divided into six parts , the first chapter introduces the research background , research contents and methods , the research framework . The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of the research as well as case studies at home and abroad . Chapter III presents the development of appropriate evaluation index system and methods of computation . Chapter explore from roads , land use and other macro planning and design . Chapter V of architecture, landscape and other aspects are discussed in detail . Chapter VI through field research and specific projects , indicating the feasibility of the theory . This study is preliminary plan designed to explore a more appropriate method for waterfront recreation business district ; provide some reference also to study suited to China's actual situation of Recreational Business District Planning .
