Abstract


With the rapid socio-economic development and the accelerated process of urbanization , the urban rainwater utilization of resources will have an irreplaceable role in the 21st century , rainwater resource utilization is imperative . China is in a high degree of urbanization, industrialization period of development , urban stormwater theory and technology , and promote the use of urban water environment planning , will have far-reaching historical and practical significance . The basic principles of urban rainwater resources : the use of rainwater resources based on the comprehensive evaluation of urban , consider technically feasible, the premise of the ecological environment of economic and social benefits , to develop appropriate policies and regulations as much as possible to take engineering measures and efficient use of rainwater resources , increase urban water use to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in cities ; effective rainwater control , to minimize the burden of urban flood control and drainage , alleviate urban rainwater disaster losses .
