Abstract

Institution 's deputy campaign is to connect the two components and allows both the relative motion of the link , the mechanical system in motion pair gap is inevitable . Undermine the ideal agency model , due to the presence of the deputy campaign gap , so that the deviation between the actual movement of the ideal sports . Movement Vice gap on the performance of mechanical systems can not be ignored . Of the mechanism with clearance kinematics and dynamics has important theoretical significance and practical value , the mechanism with clearance kinetics has become one of the cutting-edge research topics institutional dynamics . In this paper, the spring-damper model , kinetic modeling, in-depth analysis of the determination of the relevant parameters . The repeated collision speed changing the parameters of the spring-damper model correction . In addition , the gap model influencing factors ( material properties , component quality , the coefficient of friction , pin and sleeve radius value ) analysis , to find the main factors . Slider-crank , for example , in a gravity environment full rigid body to consider the motion of the flexible member institutions , the functional relation between the gap values ??and institutional performance . Another part of this article to expand the collapsed state of the organization of a space and expanded state for finite element modeling and dynamic analysis , the results of the reference value of the project .
