Abstract

Shaded environment in the garden is very common , and how plants respond to high temperatures under low light intensity growth has been very little attention has been concern . Paper selected 12 kinds Township land plants for material introduction and experimental evaluation of its shade tolerance . Explore the different light intensities ( shading treatments , light transmittance were CK ( 100% ) , T1 (50 % ) , T2 ( 25 % ) , T3 (10 % ) ) characteristics of plant leaves , photosynthetic characteristics and ornamental traits . The same time , to the big leaf clematis and fragrant bell Hosta two shade-tolerant plant material to study the high temperature response of photosynthesis in the low intensity adaptation , and high temperature causes further explore . The main findings are as follows : 1 . Shading a significant impact on plant leaf traits . With the reduction of light intensity , leaf area tended to increase slightly lower T3 treatment . Specific leaf weight , stomatal density decreases with the reduction of light intensity . Chlorophyll content ( CHL ) increases with increasing light intensity and the reduced value of the chlorophyll a / b (chla / b) . Shading on the photosynthetic characteristics of plants affected with reduced light intensity reduced plant net photosynthetic rate (Pn) , but elevated PS Ⅱ maximum photochemical efficiency (FV / FM) instructions shade plants PSII the increased activity of the Pn reduction may be related to the process of photosynthesis, carbon assimilation . 3 shade Two months later , some plants under full light leaves yellow , low light intensity treatment does not affect the viewing . Based on the above physiological indicators analysis : 12 ground cover plants can be divided into three groups : (1) strong shade tolerance of five kinds of plants . ( 2 ) semi-shade - resistant plants . (3) weak shade tolerance of three kinds of plants . High temperature treatment results show that full light processing large Clematis and Hong Ling Hosta , Pn decreased to very low , low light intensity to adapt to deal with certain intensity Pn remains high temperature , low light intensity adapt plants FV / FM , PI , ETo / CS reduction is less than the full light processing plant , plant photosynthesis in shade tolerance , while in the low intensity adaptation process also received a resistance to high temperature stress .
