Abstract

For exploring the 5 - aminolevulinic acid (ALA) facilities vegetables growth and development, yield formation, physiological and biochemical changes and the effect of quality improvement, the quality of the vegetables to improve facilities and increase production control measures. Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi yellow sunlight greenhouse vegetables using root form of nutrition application of ALA ALA N the Fuwanjia (LAK) organic nutrients to different concentration and method of application, through the solar greenhouse field trials and methods of laboratory analysis, research ALA foliar spray and soil the surface spraying as well as ALA N Fuwanjia (LAK) foliar application of Leafy Lettuce Plant and nightshade tomato growth and development, chlorophyll content, yield, varieties and stress resistance. The main conclusions are as follows: 1 ALA, of ALA N (ALA3) and Fuwanjia (LAK), the solar greenhouse leafy vegetables Lettuce Plant has increase photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, increase drought resistance, cold resistance, increase production and to improve the quality of the role. The spraying liquid ALA and LAK can increase the Indian lettuce leaf photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, leaf stomatal conductance intercellular space CO 2 concentration and transpiration rate, thereby increasing the the Indian lettuce organic matter accumulation; photosynthetic rate, relative chlorophyll content, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO 2 concentration and transpiration rate increase effects are processing C (of ALA N 1st 5.0 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 3.0 kg / hm 2 ). Compared with controls, have reached a significant level (P <0.05), photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, leaf stomatal conductance, intercellular spaces CO 2 concentration and transpiration rate were increased by 34.7%, 15.46%, 55.58 %, 28.19%, 30.64%. With the increase in the number of administration time prolonged, root, ALA and LAK on the to improve Indian lettuce leaf photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of the role of the more obvious effects. Root outside the application of ALA and LAK, the the Indian lettuce leaf width and leaf length were significantly increased. Compared with the control, ALA and LAK treatment reached a significant level (P <0.05). At the same time, spraying the yield of each treatment were improved, the highest increase of 41.6% compared with the control, and reached a significant level (P <0.01) among fertilization treatments also reached a significant level. Sprayed with ALA and LAK the Indian lettuce Quality has also been significantly improved, vitamin C and soluble sugar content was significantly increased compared with the control, respectively, an increase of 4.4% -17.0% 1.4% -10.6%; crude fiber and NO , 3 - were significantly lower ALA and LAK make the Indian lettuce taste better and to reduce harm to the human body, compared with the control, crude fiber and NO 3 - content decreased by 11.0% -15.3% 8.3% -15.4%. Which are processing C (ALA N 1st 5.0 kg / hm 2 , the first 2 to 4 times 3.0 kg / ha 2 ) Indian lettuce yield enhancement and quality improvement the best results. Administration the ALA and LAK organic nutrients in the root can improve Indian lettuce leaf superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity, a significant reduction in the content of malondialdehyde (MAD). Process C (ALA N 1st 5.0 kg / hm 2 , the first 2 to 4 times 3.0 kg / hm 2 ) is the most obvious of SOD efficiency was increased 77.50%: at the most obvious effect of NB (ALA 1st 1.0 kg / ha 2 , 2 to 4 times 0.6 kg / hm 2 ) increased the CAT 131.16%; spraying ALA significantly reduce the content of the Indian lettuce leaves MAD, 32.12% lower than in the control, instructions, spraying the ALA can significantly inhibit the accumulation of MAD. Therefore, spraying liquid ALA and LAK improve the Indian lettuce stress resistance. 2 different concentrations of different ways of spraying liquid fertilizer ALA ALA the N (ALA3) and LAK, on ??greenhouse fruit vegetable tomato growth and development, relative leaf chlorophyll content, yield, quality and stress resistance significantly improve results. Increasing concentration, spraying the number increased, the more obvious the effect of three kinds of liquid fertilizer on the tomato chlorophyll content and plant height, which deal with D (of ALA 1, 2.0 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 1.0 kg / hm 2 ) the best results, compared with the control, the relative chlorophyll content and plant height, respectively, an increase of 17.15%, 27.18%. Spraying liquid fertilizer ALA and the LAK tomato fruit vitamin C, soluble sugars and organic acids were increased processing E (ALA N 1st 2.5 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 1.5 kg / hm 2 ) for the best effect on tomato fruit quality improvement; tomato fruit yield effects processing B (ALA 1st 0.5 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 0.3 kg / hm 2 ) most significantly, compared with the control yield 14.4%; biological yield per plant increased yield of tomato processing D (ALA 1st 2.0 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 1.0 kg / hm 2 ) is the most obvious, an increase of 13.93% compared with the control. Spraying organic nutrients is not fully consistent with the effect on tomato fruit quality, fruit yield and plant biomass yield. Root outside the application of ALA and LAK can be significantly improved the tomato leaf superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxide and catalase (CAT) activity, but the effect of SOD than CAT obvious, increase the activity of at ND (of ALA 1 2.0 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 1.0 kg / ha 2 ) the best. At the same time, the application of ALA and LAK make the tomato malondialdeyde (MAD) decreased significantly at Nc (ALA 1st 1.0 kg / hm 2 , the first 2 to 4 times 0.6 kg / hm 2 ) to reduce the most obvious MAD content decreased by 47.5%, compared with the control. Therefore, spraying liquid ALA and LAK able to improve the stress resistance of greenhouse tomato plants. Comprehensive analysis, sprayed with ALA and LAK of Horticultural vegetables are obvious effect to promote growth, improve quality, increase the resistance, but because of the type of fertilizer is not exactly the same mechanism of leafy vegetables and fruit vegetable, therefore, The effects generated on Vegetable not entirely consistent. Overall, leafy vegetables, Indian lettuce, ALA N (1, 5.0 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 3.0 kg / ha 2 ) best; fruit vegetable tomato fruit yield, sprayed with ALA (1st 0.5 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times of 0.3 kg / ha 2 ) is best, and the best effect for the Fruit Quality ALA N (1 2.5 kg / hm 2 , 2 to 4 times 1.5 kg / ha 2 ).
