Abstract

Soilless culture of greenhouse crops matrix mainly horticultural matrix developed by the existing natural perlite, vermiculite, rockwool, peat, and the use of industrial and agricultural production of organic waste, such as coconut clothing fibers, sawdust, shavings, mushroom compost and so on. These matrix or poor physical and chemical shape affect crop growth and development, or the cost is too high, affecting economic or few sources, industrial management can not be realized, it is necessary to develop a high quality and low price commodity culture substrate. Special industries - in Zhenjiang vinegar industry, resulting in a lot of vinegar dregs long as waste disposal, waste not only on resources and causing environmental pollution. And vinegar dregs itself nutritious, containing high N, P, K and other elements, highly developed matrix fertilizer conditions, but the vinegar dregs higher acidic conditions and larger pores can inhibit the growth of most vegetables role, therefore, to overcome the shortcomings of vinegar dregs how reasonable formulations and reasonable cultivation methods, to improve the physical and chemical properties, and vinegar dregs matrix industrial development has a positive meaning. In this study, mainly from the two parts of the matrix formulation and nutrient solution concentration to explore the comprehensive utilization of vinegar worse cultivated as greenhouse vegetable matrix technology. (1) vinegar dregs matrix formulation experiment: vinegar bad mushroom compost and alkaline, neutral vermiculite matrix in accordance with the different volume ratio of a common culture substrate perlite control, to study the various treatments on greenhouse cucumber The impact of the indexes for plant height, leaf age, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll content and nutrient element content, yield, etc., in order to determine a reasonable amount of greenhouse vegetable matrix proportion of the program. The results show that using vinegar dregs and 60% vermiculite ratio under 50% of the nutrient solution irrigation conditions, to obtain a higher yield than the control, and to a certain extent can make the cucumber listed in advance. Vinegar worse and 20% of the straw mushroom the slag ratio in 50% of the nutrient solution under irrigation, you can get a higher yield, while at the same time consume a lot of vinegar is bad, there is a wide range of application prospects. (2) reasonable vinegar dregs matrix nutrient solution concentration test: the concentration of 0,50% and 100% of three conventional nutrient solution formulation to explore the impact of treatment on the growth of greenhouse cucumber in order to determine the optimum amount of irrigation. The results show that the nutrient solution irrigation worse with pure vinegar plus 50%, compared with 100% of the nutrient solution irrigation perlite matrix, cucumber all there was no significant difference, saving half the amount of water and fertilizer irrigation, and vinegar the bad far less than the cost of perlite, so you can get better value for money. Vinegar dregs as the feasibility of greenhouse vegetable cultivation matrix as well as specific methods of operation, from the microscopic study of the reality of the agricultural production process, to provide theoretical guidance and technology to further increase on the of Vinegar Residue resources development and utilization basis.
