Abstract


Laser ablation of dental hard tissues in the dental cavity preparation , caries removal field of dentistry has broad application prospects . Using laser ablation organization , people are most concerned about is the effect of laser ablation . In this paper, the experimental research , surface morphology , the structural components of the change and the pulp chamber temperature rise proceed ablation effect initially explored the erbium laser and yellow people dentin interaction . First, a brief introduction to the basic concepts of laser ablation , the basic structure and optical properties of the tooth tissue to explore the mechanism and model of hard tissue ablation , laser ablation of dental hard tissue light dose surveying and laser parameters described and briefly laser ablation prospects for the application of the technology in the field of dentistry . Secondly, the selection of the most promising in the field of dentistry Er, Cr: YSGG laser , yellow people tooth tissue in vitro experimental study of the dynamic ablation . With the scanning electron microscope (SEM) under different laser dose dentine surface morphology changes in recommended light dose dentin ablation ; and further compare the merits of using the recommended light dose of laser irradiation and the traditional tools in the change of the surface morphology . Again , the choice of the traditional tools for the control group , using energy - dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (EDX) and infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (FTIR) , assessment tools , research of Er , Cr: YSGG laser irradiation on dentin components , won change the situation of the main elements and the group in the experiment using light doses dentin . Finally, the use of thermocouples were measured under the conditions of the anhydrous and water spray of Er : YAG laser irradiation dental hard tissue when the temperature conditions of the pulp cavity , and the size of the different energy density and frequency of temperature rise under a comparative study .
