Abstract

Study area Qingyang both typical loess the Vals terrain, there are more than a dozen relatively large area of ??tableland surface, plateaus, ravines, Mountain Ridge, valleys, plains, mountains, slopes of both. Qingyang Prefecture the depths Chinese inland, coupled with the complex terrain conditions, causing the complex spatial and temporal variability of the environmental factors of temperature, precipitation and other ecological differences caused by heat and moisture, these ecological factors, directly determines the Qingyang District land resource production potential high and low. Quantify the ecological environment factor time and space and generate grid data, based on production potential evaluation of land resources, the problems to be solved in this study. Qingyang complex terrain, according to the characteristics of the land resources of the Loess Plateau, the reference to the results of previous studies, this study on the basis of an objective analysis of the evaluation of regional natural and socio-economic resources, Qingyang Prefecture of Gansu Province in the study area, select the topography, climatic conditions, soil physical and chemical properties of three terms of 10 ecological indicators factor, Arc GIS 9.0-based geographic information system software, take expert scoring and Terfel determine the membership function of the influencing factors, by the analytic hierarchy process and the weight fuzzy mathematical methods to determine the factor of ecological indicators of ecological indicators factor spatial database using GIS spatial interpolation module space of ecological indicators factor then overlaying land resource production potential evaluation system and overall index model, simulate Qingyang regional land resource production potential level distribution, and ultimately the formation of Qingyang regional land resource production potential level maps, and put forward the sustainable development of agriculture countermeasures, in order to provide in Qingyang development of agricultural resources, as well as large-scale development of the western region must The theoretical basis for the regional development of the agricultural policy makers and managers reference. This study reached the following conclusions: Qingyang Prefecture in Gansu Province, the land productive potential effective coefficient between 0.257 to 0.916, with an average of 0.587, the entire region's natural production potential level to the middle. According to the contribution of the ecological indicators of factors of production potential of land resources, combined with the Qingyang special topography to determine the indicators of ecological factors affect the production potential of land resources: slope, aspect ≥ 0 ℃ accumulated temperature, the average annual precipitation , frost-free period, relative humidity, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, Qingyang area for the study area, the main factor is the rainfall and slope, generally the less rainfall, the greater the slope, the soil quality is worse, natural production potential of the land on the lower. Qingyang District land resource production potential composite index model (the Potential Land ProductivityIntegrated Index): PLPII = average annual precipitation (Aap) x .2761 slope (S) × 0.2080 aspect (A) x 0.1041 accumulated temperature (T) × 0.0395 frost-free period ( F) × 0.1183 relative humidity (H) × 0.1578 total N (H) 0.0307 total phosphorus (P) × 0.0078 potassium (K) x 0.0181 organic matter (O) × .03924 established Qingyang Prefecture in Gansu Province, the land productive potential factor spatial database of 10 ecological indicators, analog level Qingyang regional land resource production potential distribution maps, the distribution of presents from northwest to southeast, gradually increased the characteristics of the production potential of land resources. 5 This study is the first time the use of GIS technology to do the quantitative calculation and simulation land productive potential in complex terrain areas of Gansu Province, Qingyang level distribution, but the results of the evaluation in accordance with local realities, not only the implementation of land Longdong hilly and gully region resource production potential evaluation method useful to explore more to agricultural restructuring of government departments such as agriculture, land, forestry, and to provide a reliable basis for the information and decision-making based on land use planning and remediation, ecological and environmental construction.
