The purpose of using surface enhanced laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry screening in patients with lung adenocarcinoma serum tumor markers . Method a clear pathological diagnosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma 71 cases , respectively, with the same sex, age , smoking history similar to normal human 71 paired comparisons , WCX2 chip to detect the serum samples , respectively, comparing the protein spectrum waveform , screening lung adeno- cancer-specific protein peaks . 2, comparing 71 cases of lung adenocarcinoma patients before and 7 days after surgery serum protein spectrum waveform changes. 3, the follow-up of 20 patients with lung adenocarcinoma surgery nine months after the serum protein spectrum waveform changes . The results found lung adenocarcinoma compared with normal subjects significantly high expression of potential markers 5 , the relative molecular weight of 4047.79 ± 1.60,4203.99 ± 1.91,4959.81 ± 2.13,5329.30 ± 2.55 and 7760.12 ± 4.11, respectively , to peak ratio of 1.5 as the cutoff value , the sensitivity for the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma were 90.41% , 78.08% , 50.68% , 57.53% , 72.60% , a specificity of 97.06% , 93.44% , 71.15% , 76.36% , 94.92% ; lung adenocarcinoma patients before surgery and after surgery seven days as well as follow-up to 9 months after the serum protein spectrum waveform changes in individual differences . Conclusion surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry is a fast and simple and high-throughput analysis methods , the screening of patients with lung adenocarcinoma serum specific tumor markers , the sensitivity and specificity , but also has better potential clinical application.
