Abstract


Hepatocellular carcinoma (Hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC) is one of the common malignant tumor , with a high degree of invasion and metastasis . The HCC recurrence transfer result in the majority of patients with HCC recurrence rate , the main reason for poor prognosis . Liver cancer cell proliferation , movement is a critical step for invasion and metastasis . HLJ1 (DnaJ-like heat shock protein) DnaJ-like Hsp40 family members of one of the latest findings , the study showed that , HLJ1 involved STAT1 and P21 WAF1 signal path , the inhibition of cell growth , proliferation , migration and other functions. HLJ1 can increase the P21 WAF1 expression , and does not depend on the P53 pathway to reduce the expression of cyclin D1 ; P21 WAF1 < / sup> upregulation of Cyclin D1 expression is lowered to slow cell division and the growth of tumor cells . , HLJ1 can up-regulate the expression of cadherin E , thereby reducing cell invasion force . In this study , we first study the expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and HLJ1 , and to explore the biological significance of the expression and clinicopathological features . Objective: To study HLJ1 expression in HCC tissues , and to explore the biological significance of the expression and clinicopathological features . Methods : 32 patients with HCC and their corresponding paraneoplastic tissue samples were taken from the Xiangya Hospital Surgery . All specimens were confirmed by histopathological examination confirmed . By reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), to detect a the mRNA expression HLJ1 32 cases of liver cancer organizations and their corresponding adjacent tissues level . And analysis of HLJ1 cirrhosis and HCC nodule number of clinical and pathological features of venous invasion , degree of differentiation and extrahepatic metastasis . Results : RT-PCR results showed that HCC tissue HLJ1 mRNA expression level was significantly lower than the corresponding cancer adjacent tissues ( 1.18 ± 0.82 vs 1.92 ± 1.15 , P <0.05 ) . Low HLJ1mRNA expression group (n 1 = 18) and high expression group (n 2 = 14) venous invasion (P = 0.001) , and cell differentiation degree (P = 0.010 ) aspects of the significant difference in sex, cirrhosis of the liver , tumor diameter , and nodule number was no significant difference . Conclusion : Compared with the adjacent tissues , HLJ1 expression in HCC significantly down . HLJ1 may be involved in cell differentiation and invasion and metastasis of HCC .
