Abstract


Objective diameter lt; 4cm small renal cell carcinoma diagnosis and surgical treatment methods . Methods A retrospective analysis of 46 cases of small renal cell carcinoma patients , comparing various imaging in the diagnosis of small renal cell characteristics and functions , according to the surgical procedure is divided into radical nephrectomy group and nephron sparing surgery group and follow-up observation of the group therapy. Results 46 patients with small renal cell carcinoma patients were unilateral solitary kidney, average diameter : 2.85 ± 0.80cm. 46 cases underwent B-ultrasound , CT examination , diagnostic accuracy was 87% and 95.7% . MRI correctly diagnosed 81.3 % (13 /16 ) . DSA in one case to consider kidney cancer. The IVP and ECT inspection only as a secondary examination , the diagnosis is very limited. All 46 patients underwent surgery , which line nephron sparing surgery in 26 cases, 20 cases of radical nephrectomy line . Pathological diagnosis are clear cell carcinoma , tumor staging are T1aN0M0. Radical nephrectomy group were followed up 20 cases , with an average follow-up 46.2 months , patients without tumor survived so far . Nephron sparing surgery group were followed up 26 cases , with an average follow-up 45.6 months after surgery and no tumor survived so far . Conclusion small renal cell carcinoma diagnosis depends on imaging , B- is the primary means of small renal cell carcinoma discovered , CT, MRI in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma on high accuracy ; Although radical nephrectomy is effective and the treatment of small renal cell carcinoma safe, but with imaging techniques , improved surgical techniques and methods , as well as many satisfied long-term disease-free survival of clinical reports that nephron sparing surgery has its clinical value , including rows with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy treatment technology small renal cell carcinoma being more and more respected urologists .
