Effect of Pharmacological Adenosine Postconditioning on Myocardial Protection in Patients under Cardiopulmonary Bypass

Abstract


Objective To observe the adenosine pharmacological treatment of cardiopulmonary bypass heart surgery , myocardial protection . Methods 45 cases of heart valve replacement surgery patients were randomly divided into three groups : adenosine preconditioning group before bypass micro pump into adenosine ; adenosine after reperfusion treated heart surgery after irrigation stopped adenosine cardioplegia sink or aortic poured by aortic cannulation ; adding the same volume of saline in the control group in the perfusate . 2,6,16 h before the three were in bypass , aortic opening up collecting patients with radial arterial blood , measured serum creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), troponin -I (cTn-I), C dialdehyde (MDA); observed postoperative mechanical ventilation time and postoperative positive inotropic drugs . Results adenosine preconditioning treatment group after group and adenosine dopamine with less adenosine preconditioning significantly lower in the group open after 2 h CK-MB, 6 h MDA, cTn-I after open compared with the control group , after treated 2,6 hours after the opening of CK- MB , after the opening of MDA , cTn- I significantly lower than those of the control group ; no significant differences between preconditioning and post-treatment group . Conclusion Exogenous adenosine after treatment and exogenous adenosine preconditioning equally significant myocardial protection in cardiopulmonary bypass .
