Abstract


Objective:To discuss the expression of P21waflof the docetaxel after dexamethasone pretreated to the human breast cancer cell line MCF-7.Methods:Docetaxel was contributed to the MCF-7 cells after diversity density dexamethasone pretreated to the cells.Applying MTT reduction assay to detect the cells active state and using immunocytochemistry method to observe the expression of P21waflof the cells.Results:Either dexamethasone or docetaxel can depress the MCF-7 cells’ proliferation.Docetaxel can increase the expression of P21waflof the MCF-7 cells,while the effect of dexamethasone is not evident.But combining the two drugs together to interfering the cells,the effective of proliferation depression of the docetaxel can be depress and the effective of increasing the expression of P21waflof the cells was enhanced comparing to only using docetaxel.Conclusion:The effective of increasing the expression of P21waflthe docetaxel after dexamethasone pretreated to the human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 was enhanced.
