The purpose of this study is in the current serious shortage of resources, severe environmental degradation, increasingly stringent national environmental policy in the case, enterprise systems, how to achieve energy reduction targets to further improve their adaptability and international competitiveness, resource recycling and sustainable development of enterprises. In this paper, iron and steel production processes on the basis of detailed research, the establishment of steel production processes in various situations of material and energy flow system dynamics model and different conditions for different models of the dynamic simulation study to simulate various circumstances logistics and energy flow relationships, and constraints affecting the relationship between factors, to achieve system optimization, identify ways to improve the breakthrough to provide theoretical and practical guidance.
