Abstract


The route selection of expressway is distinctly important for the work in the early stage of the expressway planning. Whether the selection of the expressway route is rational or not will affect the technicality and the economical efficiency of the project. Therefore, in the initial state of the construction of the expressway, a number of evaluations on technology, economic, environment and society need to be worked out to select a practical decision-making method.Take the purpose of the highway net evaluation into consideration, the paper analyzed the principle for the selection of the evaluation indexes, then the content of the comprehensive evaluation was determined. Aiming at the problems exist in the process of traditional route selection, the paper broadened the range of the evaluation indexes, except the technical indexes and the economic indexes, the environmental effects and the social effects were also considered, which reflected the influencing effects of the route program comprehensively, and the evaluation index system were built. Accounting the fuzziness and relativity of the expressway route selection, combined the advantages of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a systematic method which was suitable for the evaluation and selection of the expressway route was proposed. The method has the advantages of both analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, including qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, which can select the best route program effectively. At last, combine with an example in some city, the full process are realized, and the results are reasonable and liable.
