Abstract

Burns in the clinical treatment after injury in the local focus is to prevent infection , systemic treatment focus to emphasize applications promote repair drugs uncontrolled inflammatory response syndrome prevention to reduce the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction and mortality [ 1-2 ] . For the treatment of burn wounds two concepts : the traditional view that the application has a dry , astringent , antimicrobial topical medications to cover the wound in order to maintain the wound dry and prevent infection [ 3 ] ; Another view is gradually extended in recent years , burns moist therapy , the theoretical basis of the topical application of the drug to maintain the burn wounds physiological moist environment , as much as possible to retain the remnants of damaged cells and / or normal cells to repair burn wounds physiological conditions [ 4 ] . Regardless of the treatment of burns , epidermal stem cells in burn wound healing process plays an important role [ 5] . The subject MEBT therapy, treatment of wounds , observed the rats deep II ° burn wound healing process of epidermal stem cell differentiation and migration , and wound through two different the wet topical medications ( Mabel , generous , Shu Ling ) healing quality . , this experiment shows that moist therapy of topical medications can increase the number of epidermal stem cells to promote their differentiation and migration to reduce wound infection and promote wound healing , a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) with the control group ; while two between treatment groups in the number of stem cells , wound infection rate , wound healing rate and other terms of the differences , there was no statistical difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . Provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of MEBT therapy for burn wound healing mechanism .
