Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive treatment of bile leakage after biliary tract surgery . Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 1992 to January 2007 , 41 patients were treated the diagnosis and treatment of patients with bile leakage after biliary , 23 cases for the conventional treatment group , fasting , anti-inflammatory , rehydration , peritoneal drainage The general method of treatment , 17 cases of endoscopic treatment group , EST, ENBD and EBS endoscopic methods of treatment , the treatment of patients with laparoscopic (laparoscope) . Results of the conventional treatment group, 23 cases , five cases a clear diagnosis of bile leakage sites , 19 bile leakage healed , bile leakage healing time of 15 to 30 days , an average of 20 days , 4 cases open surgery , 1 case of subphrenic abscess , 2 cases with lung infection . Endoscopic treatment group 17 cases , all clear bile leakage site, cured 16 cases of endoscopic bile leakage healing time of 7 to 22 days , an average of 12 days , 1 patient with fistulas , bile leakage amount more underwent open surgery , 1 case of pancreatitis. The laparoscopic treatment cystic duct stump leakage titanium clipping fistulas , six days after surgery were cured , intraoperative findings , lung infection and other complications . Conclusion endoscopic , laparoscopic and other minimally invasive approach in the treatment of bile leakage after biliary tract surgery is safe and effective . Endoscopic therapy also has a simple , easy to accept , trauma , healing , shorter hospital stay , etc. .
