Abstract

Objective: cell and tissue damage after burns caused by heat , with the aggravated ischemia . Activation of inflammatory mediators bootable cascade (cascades) the cells were further damaged. Severe burns are often visceral complications , infection , MOF , etc., slow wound healing , scarring and contracture . GAGs is a group of acidic , negatively charged , the one hydroxyl group and one or more repeating sulfate disaccharide composed of long- chain compounds , the structure and function similar glycans . Endogenous GAGs include heparin , heparan sulfate , keratan sulfate, dermatan sulfate, chondroitin 4 and 6 , and hyaluronic acid . Study found that , GAGs treatment of burns have multiple roles . This study of patients treated with heparin after clinical observation study of heparin on superficial Ⅱ degree burn treatment. Methods : Clinical chosen mainly superficial Ⅱ degree burn 80 patients , 58 males and 22 females , aged 1-55 years , total area burned 3% -50% TBSA, were randomly divided into treatment group, 40 patients in the control group of 40 patients , two groups of patients were within 24h after injury income wards fresh wound , using homologous parts of the control , the two groups were age and general condition of the body little difference . Two groups of patients underwent simple wound debridement, heparin treatment groups evenly sprayed directly on the wound , or intradermal injection of blisters , Vaseline gauze soaked 5g / L iodophor lining the wound , plus 3-5 cm sterile dry gauze bandage daily dressing 1. Control group were lined with povidone-iodine gauze sterile dry gauze bandage. Depending on the general condition of the two groups were given the same burn area and body treatments. Two groups were compared after treatment pain relief time , wound performance computing the number of days of wound healing ( healing standard residual wound lt; 1%), monitoring of prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), platelet (PLT) change, and systemic and wound without bleeding. Results: The analgesic rapid onset , long duration , wound edema early, early bleeding , infection, light , healing time is short. Conclusion: Heparin used directly superficial Ⅱ degree burn , can quickly relieve pain, including inhibition effect of heparin inflammation, relieve pain, protect cells , promote angiogenesis , and promote healing of epithelial growth and improve the quality of the skin .
