Objective: abnormal lipid metabolism atherosclerotic disease, an important risk factor for development, early intervention measures to lay the foundation for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. The research results show that lipid levels by multiple genetic and environmental factors. Explore different ethnic differences between lipid levels and its influencing factors, this study investigated the Xinjiang pastoral areas Kazakh, Mongolian induced atherosclerosis lipoprotein levels observed ethnic differences, and its influencing factors, Xinjiang pastoral areas of cardiovascular disease Prevention laid the foundation. Methods: A randomly selected cluster sampling method to select the Xinjiang and Fengxian pastoral areas ≥ 30 years of age herders 632 human subjects (the Kazak 325, Mongolian 307 people), conducted a questionnaire survey, and gradually the measurement of blood pressure, height, weight, heart rate. The site extract 12h fasting blood 3ml BACKMAN biochemical analysis system for determination of plasma total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level, and in accordance with the formula to calculate the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDLC) level. Using t test, analysis of covariance observed differences in lipid levels between the two nationalities, using analysis of variance and non-parametric tests of different ages, body mass index group and blood pressure between the groups caused by atherosclerosis lipoprotein (non-HDLC) levels were compared, further stepwise multiple regression analysis statistical methods to study the influencing factors of the non-HDLC level of the crowd. Results: Kazakh hypercholesterolemia, low high-density lipoprotein Hypercholesterolemia detection rate higher than the Mongolians (18.5% vs13.7% of χ ~~ 2 = 2.666, P = 0.103; 57.8% vs50.8% χ ~ 2 = 3.147, P = 0.079). Kazakh group total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDLC) were higher than the Mongolian group (P lt; 0.001, P = 0.017, P lt; 0.001, P lt; 0.001). The presence of groups of various ages and body mass index of the level of non-HDLC significant difference (P = 0.002, P lt; 0.001). The hypertension group non-HDLC levels significantly higher than normal blood pressure group (P = 0.004). Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that age, obesity, blood pressure and the level of non-HDLC. Two national non-HDLC level factors the Kazak population levels and systolic blood pressure of non-HDLC closely related (P = 0.001); Mongolian population of non-HDLC levels in men, women do not exist between different (P = 0.045 ), and with body mass index is closely related (P lt; 0.001). Conclusion: living with in Xinjiang and Fengxian pastoral Kazakh, Mongolian population, the major forms of labor, lifestyle and eating habits are very similar, but there are obvious differences in lipid levels between the two nationalities, and the non-HDLC levels between the two nationalities different influencing factors.
