Abstract


Objective: The health care relationship is one of the medical environment Fundamental Interpersonal Relations. Harmonious relations health care for the restoration, maintenance, and facilitating the client's health, to promote the sustainable development of the care team are of great significance. Historical Research and practical studies to understand the current situation and problems of the health care relationship, clearly there are issues influencing factors on the health care relationship, building a harmonious relationship of science and health care countermeasures. Methods: This study application of theoretical research and practical research that combines research methods. Theoretical studies of the formation and development of the health care relationship to the study of history, explore the different historical periods, the implications and requirements of different medical model of health care relationship; practice research draws on sociology scholars of the social status of research results, to design the questionnaire and combined live interview carried out investigations on the reality of health care and social status. Finally, a comprehensive analysis of the results of these two aspects. Sample selection for the stratified random sampling survey was conducted within the scope of the Corps two hospitals of two secondary level hospitals, five one doctors, nurses and hospital patients. Data analysis was performed using SPSS15.0 statistical software. Results: economy treatment, the survey of the three aspects of social equity, occupational prestige, doctors, nurses and patients are of the view that the social status of doctors than nurses, nurse relationship is unequal. The study of history, analysis of the impact of the health care relationship factors, including the following five areas: historical reasons, the biomedical model, care team own factors, policy factors, organization and management system. An Empirical Study of the health care social status, medical status and influence factors are economy treatment to the patients to hospital, professional, career; doctor hospital, career professional and technical requirements, job satisfaction, job stability; professional degree and work under pressure. Conclusion: This study showed that doctors re-light protection phenomenon is still a common problem, it is worth our attention. According to the existing problems and the formation of factor analysis, the following recommendations: First, we must admit that the late start of the current situation of Nursing, and actively promote the development of nursing. Second, to change doctors re-light protection of the status quo, must be necessary to change the concept of medical services, change the biomedical model. Third, the care team must strengthen its own building. Finally, nursing must adhere to the scientific concept of development on the national policy is required to ensure the development of nursing.
