Objective: Clinical observation to stay long needle and staging the efficacy of acupuncture treatment facial neuritis . Methods: ipsilateral Yang white, four white , the sun , the zygomatic liao Shimonoseki , Qianzheng positions Yingxiang buccal car , Yifeng , Hegu (taking sides ) . Onset time , the patients were divided into three : ( 1 ) acute phase ( incidence 1-2 weeks ) into the needle practices gentle should be shallow thorn the line needle lift and thrust twisting and stationary needle retention , once a day , each lasting time of 50min, for a course of two weeks . ② recovery period ( 2 weeks and 3 months of onset ) twisting lift and thrust the needle several times , the number of 30 times , until the Needle , and patients with facial thermal and raise the needle to be pulled up after several stationary needle retention , once a day , each time duration 50min, two weeks for a course of treatment . ③ sequelae (onset more than 3 months ) , the needle lift and thrust twisting 10 times , until the Needle , and patients with facial thermal , once a day , each lasting 50 min to two weeks for a course . Control group : Take ipsilateral male white, white, sun , zygomatic liao , Shimonoseki , Qianzheng , to warehouse , Ying Hong , buccal car , Yifeng , Hegu (taking sides ) . Practices should be light , not to mention thrusting after acupuncture and other techniques , the needle for 30min , once a day to two weeks for a course . The result : stay long needle group better effect , evaluating effects of facial nerve function was significantly ( p <0.05 ) , while the control group evaluated the efficacy of facial nerve function was not significant (p> 0.05) House-Brackmann grading scale evaluation of the effect of significant . Total effective rate of 97% , while the control group was 73% . Conclusion : stay long needle and staging different acupuncture treatment of facial neuritis can improve the function of the facial nerve , facial nerve function evaluation more effective than ordinary acupuncture method .
