Abstract


With the development of the global information technology and the popularity of the Internet, the computer's processing speed and running ability requirements are also rising. So as the performance of the central processing unit of the computer core components as technical support and guarantee of the scientific and technological revolution. E company as a global leader in semiconductor R \u0026 D and manufacturer in the development of information technology and the Internet, the constant introduction of the speed and performance of sexy new products to meet the needs of users of different levels. However, with the introduction of new products, E moment facing improve product performance and new packaging and testing requirements. For this reason, it is often the need to upgrade equipment or components to meet demand for the manufacture of new products. However, there are in the process of equipment and component upgrade project, large or small, the risk has become an obstacle to the successful implementation of the project. Some risk is difficult to identify and judge; small probability of occurrence of some risk, but the event will project a great impact; how to identify risk in the project, objective analysis of risk and find an effective risk response measures to ensure that the project Press the key to the implementation of the plan. In this paper, based on the case of Company E BGA test socket upgrade project of comprehensive risk management for this project, including the project's work breakdown structure, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk response. In this paper, based on the theory, methods and tools of project management and risk management, surveys, expert interviews and brainstorming to collect information and data, then the method of statistical data analysis, summarized a set of risk management of such projects. Firstly, a brief introduction of the company's E BGA test socket upgrade project of the features and basic; then BGA test socket upgrade project of the WBS decomposition; combined causal analysis on the basis of the project WBS factors extracted the project risk categories are summarized and presented based on the WBS RBS establish; Then, we designed a risk probability and impact matrix for each risk assessment; final analysis of the source of each risk and develop appropriate response options. This article focuses on applied research, through specific case studies, proposed a set of methods, models and tools, these models and tools BGA test socket verification, and has some versatility after appropriate amendments and other equipment to Company E and components to upgrade the project to provide some reference and reference.
