Abstract


It is a tranforming stage for Chinese culture during the change from Ming to Qing.At this very turning point,our classic chinese culture confront with the western culture for the third times in history.However,the truth of the test and challenge overcomed by chinese culture,can only by told by the thingking and experience of the individual of nomal people.Study on Wuli,is a hotspot in the field of SINO-WESTERN culture exchanges.For he is a literacy can fully express the chinese tradition and the western spirit.In the introduction,1 look through the studies on Wuli,and try to find breakthrough by camping the matierals.In my first chapter,I give some explain for his life style of being escaping from the nomal society,and by interpreting the matieral I find his style of life contradict with the reality so such that the true meaning of his asthnic thought being so different.In the second chapter,I classify the cathalic poem writen by wuli in his <san ba ji>and <san yu ji>.In this poem,I find he completely receive an change some of the western church litery,and bring it into chinese society which have given himself back a lot comfuse and pressure.He finally find a solution for his comfuse,that is try to give the western culture a chinese meaning.
