Abstract


The human rights issue is a very sensitive and controversial topic in contemporary international relations. After World War II, that all entered the international field. Over more than 50 years, although the tireless efforts of the international community, all aspects of the protection of international human rights in theory and in practice still exists to varying degrees of controversy. This paper mainly from the following aspects of the international human rights protection were analyzed.The first chapter, on the international protection of human rights some of the basic issues. First on the international protection of human rights connotations of the basic definition, and the development process has its remarkable features summarized. Next on the international protection of human rights theory, which is that the universality of human rights inherent attributes. Finally, the main content of current international protection of human rights .The second chapter, the international human rights protection mechanism for the formation of an analysis of the process. This chapter began on the international protection of human rights history of the development of the necessary order, profound analysis of the international human rights protection mechanism for the formation of reasons. Then, from the static sense of the international human rights protection mechanisms constitute introduced, including the protection of human rights and related international covenants on human rights bodies of two parts.ChapterⅢ, on the international protection of human rights key principles. As international human rights protection legislation is imperfect, the implementation mechanisms, and stressed that the main principle of the protection of human rights is of great significance. This chapter introduces the international protection of human rights in the unity of rights and duties, comprehensive protection, respect for national sovereignty and human rights take into account the universality and particularity of the four key principles. ChapterⅣ, on the implementation of international human rights protection mechanism. In the global and regional mechanisms for the protection of human rights made a detailed introduction, pointed out that the current international mechanisms for protection of human rights abuses and put forward measures are sound. Finally, the international human rights protection mechanisms trend of development were discussed.Chapter 5 of the human rights protection mechanism under the two important issues. In recent years international protection for human rights in the reality of this chapter discusses the protection of international human rights and the relationship between national sovereignty and international human rights protection and the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of the two issues can not be avoided.ChapterⅥ, simple summing up our country’s international human rights protection in the basic position during interludes on the country’s international human rights protection in the field of activities and the results achieved.
