Abstract


In the area of law, the word of "Regulation" was used in the economy law of Japan foremost. It means the validity, rationality and the interaction between the market and the companies when the government intervene the economy. In the area of our law, "Regulation" isn’t a given legal idiom. Though it was used in law literature, mostly it was used to emphasize the meaning of "criterion and restrict". Similar concepts to this word are government regulation, government intervention, government adjustment and so on. In this article, the use for reference, Regulation means the actions of the government when he directly regulate, restrict and inhibit the microcosmic economic body and its actions according to law, legislation and rules. Form the reform and opening, especially recent years, the companies which were invested by the foreign business developed rapidly. According to statistics, more than half of the "Fortune 500 company" have invested in China already. Along with these enterprises, they bring in advanced models of manage and marketing. And make progresses to the development of our country’s economy. But in the realistic life, because that we are in the changeover time and the laws were not mature, moreover, because of the difference among the districts, all these lead to the situation that the actions of the Chinese businessmen revolt the common interests of our country. At the same time, there are more dispute at the products terminal because of the problems of products’ quality and so on. And it shows an up trend. But because of the different models of marketing, it is adverse to consumers in the aspect of law applicability. This article analyses the behavior and motivation of the companies which was invested by the foreign businessmen by summarizing their typical business behaviors. So it is valuable in the regularizing the behavior of the foreign business, protecting the consumers’ legal rights and interests and preserving the national public benefit.
