Abstract


With the social and economic development, labor-based craftsmanship to mental skills will gradually be replaced by labor-based work tasks practitioners rely more intelligent, rather than physical. Modern mass production makes many jobs combined, is to broaden the scope of work, a single type of work will gradually be replaced by complex jobs, workers should have a wide range of professional knowledge and ability to complete these tasks. Modern secondary vocational education to meet the vocational skills training from the simple, sustainable development ability students into a new stage, so the emphasis on students' comprehensive vocational ability development has become a world trend of development of vocational education. In this study, comprehensive vocational ability development of domestic and foreign research showed that: in competency-based vocational education theory, the connotation of the concept on capacity development of the times, with the constantly evolving, from the initial focus will be emphasized starting from a particular profession prepare the knowledge, skills, experience, attitude, attention to the latter, while starting from the occupational groups should have the basic, general key competencies concept of comprehensive vocational ability, this is the rapid development of science and technology and constantly update knowledge and professional development changes requires. Although on Vocational Ability of students' comprehensive high degree of concern, but mostly for higher vocational colleges, vocational schools for research correspondingly lower, but still in this research provides a good reference. In this study, rather representative of China's western region of secondary vocational schools - Yibin Vocational quotient as the research object, through the school's Comprehensive Vocational Ability Survey, summarized school students' comprehensive vocational ability in terms of the following four issues: for vocational students comprehensive vocational ability to understand the core training objectives existence of errors; comprehensive vocational ability of students overall quality of teachers is not high; to enhance students' comprehensive vocational ability for the purpose of practice teaching is weak; non competency based concept lesson plan students can not meet the requirements of comprehensive vocational ability. To solve these problems put forward corresponding countermeasures: scientific understanding of the connotation of comprehensive vocational ability, to establish \teaching; establish a comprehensive vocational ability-based curriculum reform philosophy.
