Abstract


Municipal sewage sludge production as urbanization and the rise of urban sewage treatment industry increased sharply , how to dispose of sewage sludge as well as the growing eliminate the harm humans are facing a major challenge. Sludge disposal ultimate goal is to achieve volume reduction , stabilization and harmless , resources and energy technology is the development trend of sludge treatment . Incineration process is now considered to be the world 's best practical sludge treatment technologies . In Europe , the United States , Japan and other countries , the process has become more mature , it is to deal with fast, high degree of reduction , re-use of energy and other prominent feature is known. And in recent years , the environmental conditions around the world have spent on waste of time and the amount of space made ??more stringent requirements, thus sludge incineration of sludge treatment technology has gradually become a mainstream technology . China in the waste incineration research started late , particularly in the sewage sludge incineration in this area is the lack of basic research , so to burn the sludge treatment technology research becomes increasingly important. Fluidized bed incineration precisely in response to this trend and developed a promising thermochemical treatment sludge . This paper analyzes the mud cloth Bay sewage treatment plant sludge characteristics profile of the current municipal sludge treatment and disposal methods and research progress ; abroad in a lot of research on the effective use of sewage sludge on the basis of literature data , an overview of the current effective use of sewage sludge resource of the latest technology , and pointed out the mud cloth Bay sewage treatment plant sludge sludge incineration should take effective use of technology . In this paper, Qingdao Ebara Renewable Resources Power Company Limited as industrialized experimental base , according to the mud cloth Bay sewage treatment plant sludge characteristics to design a sludge incineration process and for industrial experiments , its economic, environmental and social benefits analysis .
