This paper describes the coal mine construction project environmental impact assessment of economic research background and significance , that the current steady increase of China's coal industry , while destroyed the original structure of the ecological environment , threatening the sustainable development of human society , mining , resource-based the city's environmental degradation is becoming more prominent . In the project construction and operation period , the need for environmental impact assessment . According to Wall Diwobao mine the actual situation , to determine the environmental impact of the mine economic evaluation elements, including SO2, NO2, CO2, TSP, CO, soot, dust , noise , BOD5, COD, SS, oil, dust deposits , waste rock , slag , mine waste , soil erosion, land tenure , soil erosion, ground subsidence , etc. more than 20 , involving ambient air, surface water, groundwater, acoustic environment , solid waste, ground subsidence and the ecological environment and other aspects. And these elements are divided into economic evaluation of the environmental impact of cost elements ( divided into internal and external costs ) and economic factors ( divided into internal and external economic cost ) to determine the various elements of the calculation method . Environmental protection measures are not taken in consideration and take environmental protection measures both cases, the Great Wall Diwobao economic evaluation of the environmental impact of mining costs and benefits were analyzed, and the mine plan to take environmental protection measures carried out a feasibility analysis .
