Abstract


Of the use of literature , questionnaire , interview , logical analysis, mathematical statistics law , to conduct a survey of 37 rural secondary schools Jinzhai County Sports , draw the following conclusions : 1 . Jinzhai County mostly middle-aged and young teachers in the high school sports teachers in rural areas ; gender structure is irrational , the proportion of female teachers less ; nearly 90 % of the specialist qualifications , but there are some part-time teachers ; the title structure than reasonable to in teach one and teach two in the main , the relatively small number of senior professional titles and more complete high school ; research capacity ; physical education teachers have low social status , benefits , workload, career stability in poor condition . Jinzhai County middle school sports funding is a serious shortage : not optimistic about the situation of sports venues ; sports equipment obsolescence , less poor quality ; can not meet the needs of the school sports development . 3 .
