Abstract


Graduate: He Zhongsheng Instructor: Prof. Wang Chong Abstract: Because of the economic, cultural and historical reasons, China’s western compulsory education in rural areas develop slowly for a long time . In the cause of compulsory education between urban and rural areas, between the regional imbalanced development, China’s economy is not conducive to long-term sustainable development.Achieve a balanced development of compulsory education and standardization of schools in rural areas, which an effective way to change the current backwardness of compulsory education in western countryside .At present the central government attaches great importance to the western region development of the cause of good education environment, to adjust the layout of rural primary and secondary schools, reform and use the opportunity to advance the stage of compulsory education in rural areas standardized school building. And through increased government input and the compulsory education in the western region of existing resources effectively integrate, and improve the western building of the contingent of teachers in rural areas, such as ways to achieve the cause of compulsory education in rural areas west of leapfrog development。At the same time, it have a decisive influence to the achievement of a balanced development of compulsory education in China, improving the state’s basic education stage of personnel training system and changing the culture of two urban and rural economic structure fundamentally.The ways of optimization western compulsory education in rural areas including resource optimization stage of compulsory education schools based teaching facilities, the building of the contingent of teachers, and the boarding school construction, running increase economies of scale and so on;At the same time,it also relates to improving the mechanism for investing in the central , improving the management level of local governments, and strengthening the school building of its own。This paper will be linked to rural areas in Sichuan Province-based data, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, find a suitable stage of optimization process of standardized school resource compulsory education in rural areas west, and providing some support for solving the shortage of resources and wasted in the existence of compulsory education.
