Abstract


In China's rural compulsory education there are serious supply trouble, compulsory education is a kind of important quasi-public goods. So, first of all should pay attention to the government supply, secondly also want to pay attention to private supply. In China's rural compulsory education mainly for the plight of rural compulsory education supply quantity is not enough, rural compulsory education supply structure is not reasonable, rural compulsory education supply efficiency is not high. These difficulties appears the reason lies in the "economic man" rational self-interest behavior, public goods externalities, supply system defect, the government transfer payments between the defects and the defects of the production process was the cause of rural compulsory education in our country the main reasons for the difficulties in supply. In order to supply out of dilemma, this paper suggests to adopt the following countermeasures: improve the rural compulsory education in our country, the correct understanding of the increase in China's rural compulsory education of the state financial education investment, optimize the proportion of rural compulsory education supply subject, innovation in China's rural compulsory education supply mode in China's rural compulsory education and supervision of the implementation of the use of funds, between regions and between urban and rural compulsory education system of transfer payments.
