Abstract


Ta-Kung-Pao in 1902 inaugurated in Tianjin,has been 100 years of history. Now,Ta-Kung-Pao is published in Hong Kong,China’s press history of the longest life a newspaper.Ta-Kung-Pao in the idea of running a newspaper, personnel training,business management,and other areas showed a superb art, created a miracle after another.Wu Dingchang、Hu Zhengzhi and Zhang Jiluan the auspices of the new mark Ta- Kung-Pao,Ta-Kung-Pao is the history of flowering of talent period.In 1926,Chinese society is in a war frequently,was heavily guarded during the ban.At this time,Wu Dingchang、Hu Zhengzhi and Zhang Jiluan take over the Ta-Kung-Pao.They adhere to the "literati of governance" and the idea of "four noes" policy,as well newspapers,in the management of the bitter bother to create a series of unique experience in running a newspaper.In a very short period of time,the new mind for the rapidly growing national newspaper,was fond of the reading public.New mark Ta-Kung-Pao successful employment strategy is worth studying very much,servant experience is to be praised highly by person especially,the press as a profession competition in our country is day by day fierce today,still have important use significance for reference.On servant idea, new mark Ta-kung-Pao "not supporting a sage,not supporting person of virtue ".On servant art,new mark Ta-kung-Pao appoints people according to their political integrity and ability,selections does not stick to one style just now, discover able people and put them at suitable posts,use just now nimbly various. New mark Ta-Kung-Pao be good at creating a work environment promoting people struggling to make improvements.In personnel training,new mark Ta-Kung-Pao having trained many "as a result of being applied or used universally ","the spirit arranges into pair of shrewd " versatile person team.Keeping people in the strategy,new mark Ta-Kung-Pao and humanistic care system through the integration of the staff won the cohesion.Therefore,the members of new mark Ta-Kung-Pao regarded themselves as the cause of Ta-Kung-Pao,which laid the Ta-Kung Pao’s heyday.New mark Ta-Kung-Pao the employment strategy,the newspaper of today’s business managers in particular deserves reflection.New mark the success of the employment experience is worth learn from and more worthy of study.
