This article is based on the theory of green logistics , circular economy theory, the theory of sustainable development , from the perspective of modern logistics , the complete city life solid waste stream from start to finish with four processes , including goods into the city , urban mobility , fast out of the city , the end-of-pipe treatment . On the basis of the analysis of four process system , leads to the multi-stage reduction of city life solid waste logistics , namely: goods into the city source reduction, separation to collect process of reduction, separation processing end of the reduction . In the multi-stage reduction of city life solid waste logistics , this paper considers source reduction is the most critical , is the study and application of neglected areas . Therefore, this paper focuses on the problems of city life solid waste logistics Source Reduction . Source reduction process , involving government management , corporate responsibility , the three elements of consumer behavior , this paper focuses analyzed the improvement of government management , the fulfillment of corporate responsibility , constraints, and the three elements of consumer behavior in the Source Reduction and to promote the two measures of source Reduction - streamlining the packaging and clean vegetables into the city , for example a specific analysis of the corporate responsibility performance . Finally Chongqing as an example , the analysis demonstrated the necessity of city life solid waste logistics Source Reduction and implementation of streamlined packaging and clean vegetables to urban benefits .
