Abstract

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pollution and more attention. In many of the existing processing, the pulse corona plasma technology shows a good development prospect. This article selects the benzene as representatives of VOCs material, using pulse corona plasma technology on the experimental research. Through the gas chromatography (GC) analysis determination, the organic matter of the initial concentration, input voltage, pulse peak voltage and the influence of factors on the removal rate. Research shows that the voltage is 140 kv, mixed corona, the benzene removal rate reached 82.73%. Pulse corona technology for the treatment of low concentration organic waste gas effect is good, but the processing efficiency and initial concentration, residence time and power parameters, pulse waveform correlation. Using pulse corona discharge plasma technology, the selection of benzene as A representative material, the establishment of A a. mixed corona, b. organic corona, C. Air corona and d. respectively corona four different experimental apparatus, and the results show that: the same carrier gas and air flow conditions, benzene removal method comparison results for: A gt; B gt; D gt; C.
